Call recording (included in The Rudolph): keep a video of Santa and your child together. Your child is told the call is being recorded, and Santa mentions it too. The private download link is emailed within 2 hours of the call and the video is deleted 24 hours after the call ends.

Call snapshot (coming soon): one photo of Santa and your child taken mid-call, in a festive frame with the date, emailed within 2 hours of the call and deleted 24 hours after the call ends.

Family photo with Santa (included in The Rudolph): we add Santa into your own family photo. Emailed within 2 hours of the call and deleted 24 hours after the call ends.

Please upload the original photo from your camera or phone gallery. Screenshots and photos saved from WhatsApp, Messenger or Facebook are shrunk and blurry, and will be rejected. Use a clear, well-lit photo with everyone's faces visible.

We never change your family: faces and bodies stay exactly as photographed. We only add Santa and, if you choose, swap the background.
