Questions Parents Ask

Is the call recorded?

Yes, on this package only. Before the call, the screen and Santa say "this call is being recorded". Files go only to your email by private link, are emailed within 2 hours of the call and deleted 24 hours after the call ends, and are never used in marketing without your separate consent.

What photo should I upload?

The original from your phone or camera, at least 2,000 pixels on the long side (JPG, PNG or HEIC, up to about 25MB). Screenshots or photos sent through messaging apps lose quality. You confirm everyone in the photo has agreed.

Will you change our faces?

Never. Your family stays exactly as taken. We only add Santa and, if you choose, our North Pole scene.

What's the Christmas Eve video?

A short pre-recorded video of Santa on his sleigh, saying he's on his way and it's bedtime. Every booking gets it, ready for Christmas night.
